Fashioned from an old Hoover Dustette 100 from the 1960’s and (at the time of writing) being the first and only unipedial ‘bot to emerge from the Workshop74 stables, I used all my comedic genius and razor-sharp wit to name this chap ‘J. Edgar Hopper’.
The original Bakelite handle switch has been retained, re-wired and is used to operate the twin lights that serve as J. Edgars eyes. These have a degree of directionality and are very bright as they were originally intended to be motorcycle fog lights, making this amusing piece an ideal reading light or spot light to illuminate/highlight a corner of a room.
Surely, being named after the director and founder of the FBI, it would be a crime not to give this unique, quirky little ‘bot a home!?
